Can I request improvements from a vendor?

Yes, In the “Privacy Quality Details” window, on the privacy quality scores page, click on the “Request improvements from vendor” button.  After clicking on this button, an improvement request email will be sent to you, to education framework, and to the vendor. The improvement request email will respectfully ask the vendor to make improvements based on the shortcomings that were found in their privacy assessment.

At the bottom of the privacy quality scores page,  you will see a “Vendor Responses” pane.  in order to keep track of all the vendor Improvement request that you have made, simply click on The “View Vendor Responses” button, and you are able to view the status of each of your vendor improvement requests.
